Miriam Minsk, MD/PhD

DSCB student
Hi! I’m Miriam and I’m originally from the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. I studied bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania. While there, I worked in the lab of Jennifer Phillips-Cremins studying 3D genome organization and chromatin folding in the context of neurological disease. I am currently an MD/PhD student and am excited to investigate the mechanism of germinal matrix hemorrhage during my PhD in the Crouch lab. In my free time, I love to spend time with my friends and family, explore San Francisco, and swing dance!
