Tara Joseph

Undergraduate Student
I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but I have also lived in Toronto, Canada and San Jose, California. I am currently an undergraduate student at Cornell University, where I am majoring in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Neurobiology and minoring in Global Health. At Cornell, I study the genetic and molecular basis of epilepsy using Drosophila melanogaster as a model organism. In the Crouch Lab, my work focuses on characterizing the protein expression of vascular markers in cultured cells in order to evaluate their potential and identity in vitro. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, playing the piano, and singing.
